These are draft rules for review before launch. Payments are off. No money is taken and no credits are charged or returned yet.
What Studio Passes does
Studio Passes connects creators with independent partner studios in Florida. Studio Passes is not the studio owner. Each owner runs their space, sets house rules, and is in charge of entry, equipment, and safety at that space.
Your account
Give true account details. Keep your password safe. Do not share your account or use someone else’s account. Tell us if someone uses your account without your consent.
Plans and credits
Our listed monthly plans are Starter: $99 for 10 credits; Creator: $199 for 20 credits plus 2 free; and Pro: $299 for 30 credits plus 3 free. Plan credits reset on each member’s billing date (the same day each month you first paid) and do not roll over. You can cancel your membership at any time. A paid pass lasts until the end of the paid month. Review the live payment terms before buying.
Studio bookings
Read the listing and house rules before you ask to book. Some studios approve each request. A request is not a confirmed booking until the owner approves it. Unanswered requests expire after 48 hours. Studio hours can change, but an hours change does not move or cancel an existing booking.
Studio owner payouts
Owners set a slow-hour price between 30% and 100% of their normal hourly price, in $10 steps. It starts at 50%. Credits per hour are the slow-hour price divided by $10. Studio Passes keeps a 20% fee; owners keep 80%. The first 10 Founding Partners pay a 15% fee for 12 months from their start date, then 20%. At a $100 normal price and $50 slow-hour price, members pay 5 credits and owners keep $40, or $42.50 as a Founding Partner. Get paid 48 hours after each booking is done. Money then takes 1-2 business days to reach your bank. Payments are off now, so earnings remain Pending and no payout is sent yet.
Cancellations and damage
Cancel 24 hours or more before the start and you get all credits back. Less than 24 hours before, no credits come back and the owner is paid. You can cancel free within 15 minutes of booking if the start is at least 2 hours away. No-shows use the credits. If the studio cancels, you get all credits back plus 1 bonus credit good for 60 days. Returned credits go back where they came from; if that plan period or top-up has ended, they come back as credits good for 60 days. Plans can be canceled anytime and stay active until the end of the billing period, with no partial refunds. Top-ups cannot be refunded and expire after 60 days. You are responsible for damage you cause. Owners report damage within 48 hours with photos, and our team reviews it. No one is charged automatically. See Booking policies for more.
Photos and messages
Only post photos, videos, or text you have the right to use. You keep your rights to your content. You let Studio Passes store and show it where needed to run your listing, booking, or chat. Do not post threats, scams, unsafe content, or private details about others. Contact details in chat are hidden until a booking is confirmed.
Problems and changes
Tell the studio owner about a booking problem in your thread. You can also contact Studio Passes. We may limit accounts that break these rules. We may update these draft terms before launch. Changes to paid terms will be shown before purchase. Florida law applies where allowed by law. These terms do not take away rights the law gives you.
