Draft - last updated October 25, 2026
Booking policies
These are draft rules for review before launch. Payments are off. No money is taken and no credits are charged or returned yet.
Cancel 24 hours or more before
Cancel at least 24 hours before your start time and you get all your credits back. Exactly 24 hours counts. We use South Florida time.
Cancel less than 24 hours before
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the start, you do not get credits back. The owner still gets paid.
15-minute grace period
Changed your mind? You can cancel free within 15 minutes of booking, as long as the start time is at least 2 hours away.
No-shows and late arrival
If you do not show up, the credits are used and the owner gets paid. If you will be late, message the owner. Arriving late does not change the end time.
If the studio cancels
If the studio or owner cancels, you get all your credits back plus 1 bonus credit. The bonus credit is good for 60 days. The owner is not paid.
Where returned credits go
Returned credits go back where they came from: your plan credits or your top-up. If that plan period or top-up has already ended, the credits come back as credits good for 60 days.
Plans and top-ups
You can cancel your plan anytime. It stays active until the end of your billing period. We do not give partial refunds. Top-ups cannot be refunded and expire 60 days after you buy them.
Damage and house rules
You are responsible for damage you cause. Owners can report damage from the booking within 48 hours, with photos. Our team reviews each report. No one is charged automatically. Follow each studio’s house rules for guests, equipment, parking, cleanup, and safe use. Do not move or use items the owner has not allowed.
Disputes
First tell the owner what went wrong in the booking thread. Keep photos, messages, and other facts. If you cannot agree, contact hello@studiopasses.com. Studio Passes connects you with the studio but does not own or run it. We can review the records and help both sides talk. This draft does not set a dispute fee, a claim deadline, or mandatory arbitration. Your legal rights still apply.
