What is Studio Passes?
A monthly membership for creators. One pass gets you into many photo and video studios at about half the normal price.
How do credits work?
Owners set a slow-hour price. Divide that price by $10. A $30 slow-hour price is 3 credits an hour. A $50 slow-hour price is 5 credits an hour.
How much is a credit worth?
One credit is worth $10 of studio time. So 3 credits gets you an hour at a studio with a $30 slow-hour price. Each studio sets its own price.
Do credits roll over?
No. Plan credits reset on your billing date each month and do not roll over. Use them before your next billing date.
Can I buy extra credits?
With an active plan, you can buy 3 extra credits for $36, 5 for $57, or 10 for $110. Extra credits last 60 days from purchase. We show the expiry date in Your bookings. Your plan credits are used first, then your oldest extra credits. Credits are added only after payment is confirmed.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. There is no contract. Your plan stays active until the end of your billing period. We do not give partial refunds.
Can I cancel a booking?
Yes. Cancel 24 hours or more before the start and you get all credits back. Less than 24 hours before, the credits are used. You can also cancel free within 15 minutes of booking if the start is at least 2 hours away. If the studio cancels, you get all credits back plus 1 bonus credit good for 60 days.
Can I get a refund on a top-up?
No. Top-ups cannot be refunded. They expire 60 days after you buy them.
Do I have to book 2 or 3 hours at a time?
No. You book by the hour. One hour is fine.
Where are the studios?
We are starting in South Florida: Miami and Broward. More cities are coming.
For studio owners
What does it cost to list my studio?
Nothing. Joining the network is free.
How much do I get paid?
You set a slow-hour price from 30% to 100% of your normal price, in $10 steps. We keep a 20% fee and you keep 80%. First 10 studios: 15% fee, locked for a year. Then 20%. At a $50 slow-hour price, you keep $40, or $42.50 as a Founding Partner. Get paid 48 hours after each booking is done. Money then takes 1-2 business days to reach your bank.
Do I control my schedule?
Yes. You pick which hours are open for members. Block any day you need the space for yourself.
