Privacy Policy
These are draft rules for review before launch. Payments are off. No money is taken and no credits are charged or returned yet.
What we collect
We store account details such as your name, email, account ID, and profile photo. We also store studio details, applications, contact forms, booking dates, messages, photo attachments, reports, and blocks. Sign-in services handle your password or social sign-in details.
Photos and messages
Public listing photos can be seen by visitors. Private chat messages and attached photos are shared with the people in that thread. Studio Passes admins may read them to help with support, safety, or disputes. Do not upload private details you do not want those people to see.
Calendar links
Linked calendar URLs may act like passwords. We keep them server-side and do not show them on public pages. We fetch calendar events to block busy times and find slow hours. Event titles are used for owner keyword filters and are not shown to creators. The private Studio Passes export link shares busy times only. Anyone with that link can read those busy times, so keep it safe or reset it.
How we use data
We use data to run accounts, listings, bookings, chat, calendar sync, support, and safety checks. We also keep limited technical records to find errors and prevent abuse. We do not sell your personal information.
Email alerts
When enabled, email alerts tell you about a new message or a booking change. Message alerts are limited to one email per thread every 10 minutes. Our email service handles delivery and unsubscribe choices. Unsubscribing from app emails does not stop sign-in or password reset emails. Alerts are not on until our sender domain is verified.
Service providers
We use hosting, sign-in, storage, and email providers to run the site. They receive the data needed for those services. If you use a social sign-in or link an outside calendar, that service also has its own privacy rules.
Storage and your choices
We keep data while needed to run the service, handle a dispute, prevent abuse, or meet the law. We have not set a final deletion schedule for this draft. You can ask to see, correct, or delete your data at hello@studiopasses.com. We may need to confirm who you are first. Some records may need to be kept for legal or safety reasons. We cannot promise that any online system is fully safe.
Cookies and changes
The site uses browser storage and cookies for sign-in and site functions. Blocking them may stop parts of the site from working. We will update this draft before launch if our data practices change.
